Setup Instructions (IT Admin)
Activation requires a Google Workspace account with admin privileges and takes only a few minutes.
To activate:
- Go to https://app.goteacher.com/auth/signin
- Sign in using a Google Workspace admin account
- When prompted, approve access to “View audit reports”
- Confirm your name and district SDPC information
- Submit to complete activation
If you are redirected to a waitlist screen, no further action is required. Data collection has begun.
What the Free Data Walkthrough Covers
After activation, IT leaders can schedule a free data walkthrough with GoTeacher.
The walkthrough focuses on:
- Apps connected to your Google Workspace environment
- OAuth permissions and data access levels
- AI-enabled and high-exposure tools
- Unused or auto-renewing applications
This session is read-only, informational, and designed to support internal decision-making.

What data does GoTeacher access?
GoTeacher accesses Google Workspace audit logs and app connection metadata only.
Is student PII stored?
No. Student personally identifiable information is not stored as part of the free assessment.
Does this affect users or classroom activity?
No. The assessment is read-only and does not impact student or teacher access.
Do we need to install anything?
No extensions or agents are required.
Is a data privacy agreement available?
Yes. GoTeacher has district-ready data privacy agreements available nationwide, including SDPC alignment.
Is there any obligation after the assessment?
No. The free assessment and walkthrough are optional and do not require follow-up.
